Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened/activated software licenses, e-books, and digital downloads.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Perishable or consumable items (e.g., art supplies like markers, ink refills).

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

1. Raise a return request via your SyschooMart account or email returns@syschoomart.com.
2. Our team will verify eligibility.
3. Once approved, arrange product pickup.
4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping Costs

• Defective/Damaged Products: Return shipping covered by SyschooMart.
• Other Returns: Customer may need to bear return shipping charges.
